The Fring

Well, it looks like someone went a little DIY crazy and made themselves a very cheap fiber optics ringflash (or Fring for short)! The difference int this ringflash, compared to the others, is that this uses the good-ol' pop up flash from your SLR (D or Film).



This looks interesting, and maybe a fun project to do one rainy day, but I don't think I would want to show up to a photo shoot with some ghetto setup like this. Good thing I don't have to many photo shoots. Or any at all...sad face...

R.I.P. Ruby Tuesday's Boynton Beach

Well, it's something that I, and the rest of the staff at Boynton Ruby Tuesday's, knew was coming, but still didn't really expect it to happen. On 1/18/09, corporate decided to shut us down.

I'm thankful for working for this restaraunt. We didn't get too many people in, except for the coupon hunters, but I still had fun. I will never forget the amazing people I worked with. And I hope/pray that they all find another job or some source of income.

I guess that's all I can say for now. I don't really know what to do about the whole unemployment situation, except for relaxing and not worrying about it...and then after that, I'll look for another job...

Finally, my wish is 1/100000th complete

Yay!!! Dorsa calls me a few days ago and says, "Hey, guess what? You're in the new FTK!"

Yay!!! I was very excited to walk into Shred Shed and look at the print. It's pretty nice

Of course, about 90% of the rest of the mag are all photos by Dorsa, and good ones too, so thats awesome for him. I'm just hyped on one photo in the mag. I hope I can get some more in the future!
